About This Opportunity
Athletic departments are extending front-office-style roles beyond football and basketball, creating General Manager positions to oversee roster and budget strategy, NIL and Collective allocation, and operational support across their Olympic and non-revenue sport programs. What We’re Looking For
- Experience overseeing personnel, budgets, or operations across multiple Olympic or non-revenue sport programs
- Understanding of NIL and Collective resource allocation across a multi-sport portfolio, including Title IX and equity considerations
- Comfort engaging directly with boosters, donors, and collective leadership supporting multiple programs
- Strong ability to support multiple head coaches and staff across differing sport needs simultaneously
- Familiarity with recruiting calendars, roster limits, and scholarship rules across a range of NCAA sports
- Comfort operating in a fast-changing regulatory and financial environment
